    Old School Rap, Vol. 3 is an entertaining budget-line collection of ten classic rap hits from the mid- and late '80s, including Young MC's "Bust A Move," and Eric B & Rakim's "Check Out My Melody," Boogie Down Productions' "My Philosophy," Doug E. Fresh's "La Di Da Di," Big Daddy Kane's "Ain't No Half Steppin'," Kool Moe Dee's "Go See the Doctor," and Tone Loc's "Wild Thang." Though the album was thrown together without much consideration and isn't very comprehensive, it is a fun listen and wortwhile for casual rap fans. ~ Leo Stanley, All Music Guide
