All Music Guide Review

Aside from a handful of compilation tracks, the Unmanned EP on the recently established Force Inc. subsidiary Chrome is the first new Techno Animal release in nearly a year. Growth is pretty evident in the extreme, almost caustic treatments and textures employed across these four tracks, with loping, heavily dub-effected beats dragging along damaged, almost industrial synth drones. The result is more or less recognizable as the Techno Animal of Re-Entry and "Babylon Seeker," but fans of their warmer, less oppositional approach should approach this one with caution. ~ Sean Cooper, All Music Guide
