Ragga Ragga Ragga 2003 collects some of the biggest names in dancehall and contemporary reggae in the early 2000s and some of their hottest songs. There are three tracks by Beenie Man, three tracks featuring Bounty Killer, two by Elephant Man, and tracks by Buju Banton, Mad Cobra, and Sean Paul. The disc's cover promises "Raw....X-Rated Dancehall," and it more or less delivers. Beenie Man's cover of "My Dickie," Elephant Man's "Fuck You Sign," and Bounty Killer and Angel Doolas' "Pum Pum" certainly deliver lyrically, and the rest of the performers deliver with their intense vocal styles and pounding dancehall beats. More than half the tracks are underpinned by the hard-charging tribal and funky diwali rhythm that Sean Paul uses to such great effect in his smash single "Gimme the Light." This is a great party record and fans of dancehall will be knocked out by the high level of quality music to be found here. ~ Tim Sendra, All Music Guide
