Sleaze rockers Texas Terri & the Stiff Ones sure know how to smash it up. With an abundance of raunchy guitar riffs, nasty solos, and heavy rock & roll beats, Texas Terri lays claim to her title as the female Iggy Pop. The assaulting "Lifetime Problems" grinds like a trash rock version of the Stooges' "I Wanna Be Your Dog." But don't let their scare tactics and street grit fool you; there are some real pop hooks underlying the noise of the encore anthem "Situation" and party rock cover of the Dictators' "Baby Let's Twist."
