Not to be confused with ZYX's Best of Skyy, released four years prior, Charly's The Best of Skyy is, however, just as flawed as its predecessor. Like the ZYX compilation, this set does contain several Skyy favorites -- such as "First Time Around," "Call Me," "High," and "Here's to You" -- but it leaves out too many of them. No Skyy best-of should be without "Skyyzoo," "Superlove," or "When You Touch Me," but this disc favors album cuts (most of which are decent, but not thrilling) instead. Either The Right Stuff's Greatest Hits (released in 1996) or EMI Japan's The Best (2003) will provide you with a more accurate representation. ~ Andy Kellman, All Music Guide
