Submit Your ReviewTokyocalling: Deeper Shade of Lovely collects ten club tracks that were either composed, produced, performed, or remixed by Japanese artists. Japanese influences are hard to spot, but all tracks deliver on the promised "deep and lovely," making the collection very cohesive. Gomi morphs Kevin Aviance's version of "Din Da Da" into a fabulous tribal stomper, and Towa Tei's "Happy" is absolutely sultry in its "Morning Happiness" mix. Great tunes, but with a perfect hook and sweet Japanese vocal that whispers and coos, AK's "Say That You Love Me" is the one to pick. ~ David Jeffries, All Music Guide
