    The second volume in Mark the 45 King's series of killer breaks offers just that: a baker's dozen set of beats-minus-rhymes for aspiring producers -- or those who like to keep their hip-hop real simple. Produced in conjunction with the Tuff City Squad, Breakmania, Vol. 2 keeps it heavily East Coast and jazzy on occasion but does offer a few tracks of Zapp-inspired G-funk. ~ John Bush, All Music Guide
