    In the '80s, the sounds of the new romantics and new wave groups filled the air waves. Joan Jett was a breath of fresh air, so to speak. This album is a double-CD of her greatest hits. It covers all the bases, is mastered well, and features a large number of covers; that latter of which are particularly hard to screw up, but the listener should keep in mind that adding attitude to covers wasn't cliche when Jett did it back in the '80s. This is a solid collection except for Jett's version of "Little Drummer Boy," which is just plain confusing, and a little bit scary. ~ Zachary Curd, All Music Guide
