    Not quite the football match suggested in the subtitle, Freestyle Files, Vol. 2 is instead a double-disc collection of future electro/techno/acid/drum'n'bass. On the first disc, Teutons Drome, Kreidler, Fauna Flash, Turntable Terranova, Shantel, Kruder (minus Dorfmeister) and Third Electric line up against a Brit squad comprised of Dr. Rockit, Funki Porcini, Ed Rush, Clatterbox, Paul W. Teebroke, Kid Loops, Kushti and Red Snapper plus Brazilian expat Cujo (aka Amon Tobin) and Finnish recruit Jimi Tenor. Despite much fun on both discs, the Brits easily take the match, with a more diverse range plus great contributions from Rush and Cujo. ~ John Bush, All Music Guide
