    Angel's debut album is an exquisite piece of British techno, as tight as anything out of Detroit but also reliant on sampladelic house and soul. Though tracks like "Timeless," "Scatman" and "Bump" lack the immediate punch of his early R&S singles, dividends are paid far down the line as Angel proves himself a master of the ultra-sublime club track which rewards additional listens. ~ John Bush, All Music Guide
