Yesterday's Numbers is an odd collection, containing all of Teenage Head, several cuts from Floamingo and outtakes from Still Shakin'. The songs that casual fans will know -- namely, "Shake Some Action" and "You Tore Me Down" -- aren't here, but Yesterday's Numbers captures the idiosyncratic pop group at their hard-rocking best; considering the number of tracks you get for a mid-line price, the disc is an excellent bargain. ~ Stephen Thomas Erlewine, All Music Guide
