    A four-disc DVD set of the Live 8 concerts, which took place in ten different venues on July 2, 2005, this collection, simply titled Live 8, represents some of the best performances that happened that day, including Madonna, Neil Young, Coldplay, Toby Keith, U2, Sarah McLachlan, Pink Floyd, Shakira, Stevie Wonder, Mariah Carey, Green Day, Kanye West, Paul McCartney, and of course, Bob Geldof. It's long, almost ten hours in total, but for those who want footage of one of the largest organized musical events, it's a pretty nice purchase, nicely packaged as well. ~ Marisa Brown, All Music Guide
