All Music Guide Review

Before the release of their 1996 self-titled full-length debut, New York heavies Vision of Disorder released a four-track single (originally only on vinyl, later on CD). Although it's not up to the high standards set by their later releases, it's still an interesting recording that will appeal to serious fans of the band. Basically a demo, the early V.O.D. crowd favorites "Choke," "Beneath the Green," and "Watch Out" are all included (unavailable anywhere else), along with an early version of the track "Through My Eyes," which would later appear on their debut. When a CD version of the single appeared a year later, two other tracks were added on -- "D.T.O." and "No Regrets," both in demo-form as well.
