Ultimate Driving Collection: Highway Rockin' doesn't really need the apostrophe to let everyone know how great of a time it's having, the addition is nice in a classic rock radio, "block party weekend" sort of way. It's that overplayed, yet perennially solid fare you'll find here, with cuts like "Radar Love" (Golden Earring) and Free's "All Right Now" finding space alongside "American Woman" from the Guess Who and the inescapable groove of the Hollies' "Long Cool Woman (In a Black Dress"). Any one of these songs is readily available 100 times a day on any rock station in America. But Highway Rockin' spins them commercial-free. ~ Johnny Loftus, All Music Guide
