Although Universal Music Latino's Pura Salsa Cheo Feliciano may not contain one of his biggest hits, "El Raton," it does feature much of the rest of his catalog, including "Si Me Llegas Amor," "Cuantos Cosas," "Me Fascina Esa Mujer," and "Yo Soy un Angel," among others. In fact, nearly the entire 1997 Greatest Hits collection (put out by RMM) is found on Pura Salsa, the lone exclusion being "Coincidencia." Add that to the fact that this album tacks on six more songs and suddenly, if one is the market for a fairly comprehensive Feliciano compilation, Pura Salsa makes a lot of sense. ~ Marisa Brown, All Music Guide
