Spanning two discs and overflowing with strong songs, the disc features nearly every major artist in the genre -- dc Talk, Jars of Clay, Michael W. Smith, Rebecca St. James, Smalltown Poets, Steven Curtis Chapman, Amy Grant, Rich Mullins, Bob Carlisle, Kathy Troccoli, Marie Brennan, and many, many others. A few songs may be a little weaker than some of their companions, but the overall effect is satisfying, since it feels like a definitive portrait of the state of CCM circa 1998-1999. ~ Stephen Thomas Erlewine, All Music Guide
