Al Compás del Corazón Flamenco! features over a dozen classic flamenco recordings, all of them performed by various artists. The songs compiled on this collection span time, originally published as early as 1965 (la Perla de Cádiz's "Las Tapaeras del Sentío") and as late as 1996 (Carmen Linares' "Banderas Republicanas"). Some of the other featured songs on this collection include Camarón de la Isla's "Dicen de Mí," Jose Merce's "Hondas Raices," el Turronero's "Gitana No Chilles Más," and el Lebrijano's "En la Carrera."
