Hear Something Country: Christmas rounds up 14 Christmas-themed songs, six of them new and previously unreleased, by mainstream country stars. Four of the six new songs are sung by women (Carrie Underwood, Kellie Pickler, Terri Clark, Sara Evans), and the CD comes with a coupon for a free one-year subscription to Ladies' Home Journal. There's plenty of guys featured on Hear Something Country: Christmas, though, including Brad Paisley, Alan Jackson, Kenny Chesney, Blaine Larsen, Keith Anderson, Montgomery Gentry, Phil Vassar, Brooks & Dunn, and even a vintage Johnny Cash recording of "Silent Night" from 1972.
