Baby Boomer Classics: More Mellow Sixties offers 12 soft pop-rock hits from the '60s and early '70s. There's a few obivious items, like the Turtles' "Happy Together," Three Dog Night's "Easy to Be Hard," Procol Harum's "A Whiter Shade of Pale," the Association's "Along Comes Mary" and Todd Rundgren's "Hello, It's Me." But the collection is interesting because it contains such relatively unknown cuts as the Lovin' Spoonful's "Darling Be Home Soon," the Mojo Men's "Sit Down I Think I Love You," the Critters' "Younger Girl" and Friend and Lover's "Reach out of the Darkness." ~ Stephen Thomas Erlewine, All Music Guide
