Aventura's name speaks for itself. After a humble beginning in the South Bronx and a decade of struggle, the band broke through with its signature-style-fusion of Dominican Bachata with hip hop, R & B, Rock and World Music. Their second album, entitled We Broke The Rules is their bio in a nutshell – they have broken just about every rule in the book and have prevailed. Consistent winners of Premio Lo Nuestro, Premio La Juventud, El Casandra, Billboard, Monitor Latino to name a few, their status continues to grow.
In December they sold out 5 consecutive concerts at San Juan’s Coliseo, leaving thousands of disappointed fans waiting outside.
The Last is the group’s first studio album since the mega-hit "God's Project" which was released in April of 2005.
