This MCA release was the first Donna Fargo hits collection, and does a pretty good job, drawing liberally from the country-pop singer's successful 1972 debut (including "Funny Face" and "The Happiest Girl in the Whole U.S.A.") and flavoring the set with highlights from later albums. A later hits package on Varese Vintage is more comprehensive, but MCA's Best of will do the trick for those interested in Fargo's most memorable work, or anyone looking for a starting point. ~ Johnny Loftus, Rovi
