    Brooklyn-bred Lil' Cease burst out of Junior M.A.F.I.A. and into his own solo joint with 1999's The Wonderful World of Cease A Leo, a hardcore journey that never lacks on bass, beats, or party jams. The single "Play Around" is an obvious highlight, though Lil' Cease hits solidly throughout the album.
