Hits and More balances three of George Lamond's his five charting hits -- "Bad of the Heart," "Look into My Eyes," "Where Does that Leave" -- with a selection of newer material, highlighted by "More than Words Can Say." Since it's missing a number of singles, including his Brenda K. Starr duet "No Matter What," it can hardly be seen as definitive (a better, more thorough compilation wouldn't have focused so heavily on newer material), yet it's not a bad sampler. ~ Stephen Thomas Erlewine, All Music Guide
