A sprawling double-disc compilation, State of E-Motion, Vol. 7 charts the world of European club-bound dance that still retains much of the music's intellectual base and debt to a fusion of past influences from jazz-fusion to electro. The producers are among the best on the scene, and while the inclusions aren't always among the best, there are dozens of entertaining moments.
