    This budget-line disc does a decent job of mixing genres -- artists include the Pointer Sisters ("I'm So Excited"), Dolly Parton ("9 to 5"), the Eurythmics ("Here Comes the Rain Again"), Starship ("We Built this City"), Rick Springfield ("Don't Talk to Strangers") and Billy Ocean ("Loverboy") -- all of which hit the Top Ten in the 1980s. Like the rest of this series, the disc has nonexistent liner notes and banal cover art that has nothing to do with the music on the CD. ~ Gina Boldman, All Music Guide
