    All Music Guide Review

    This Rockin' 80's budget-line series should actually be called "Pop Rockin' 80's" -- few rock & roll fans would consider Fine Young Cannibals, Richard Marx (who has two songs here) or Duran Duran to be rockin' artists. However, volume two boasts hits from Billy Idol (a live version of "Mony Mony"), Europe "The Final Countdown") and Foreigner "Say You Will," as well as tracks by INXS and the Power Station, so while this is still full of Top 40 pop-rock, it's also a bit louder than volume one. Like the rest of this series, the disc has nonexistent liner notes and banal cover art that has nothing to do with the music on the CD. ~ Gina Boldman, All Music Guide
