    This single is from EPMD's Out of Business album. On the A side "Pioneers" they are to tell all the flash in the pan MC's to recognize who the pioneers are. EPMD is one of hip hops pioneers they and other members of the Def Squad did a lot for east coast hip hop, but you really wouldn't be able to tell that from either song on this single. "Rap is Still Outta Control" features the always energetic Busta Rhymes, unfortunately the only thing he does is holler the chorus. ~ Dan Gizzi, All Music Guide
