The Genie Award-winning Last Night features a mixture of '70s pop and orchestral pieces performed by the Espirit Orchestra. The 5th Dimension's "(Last Night) I Didn't Get to Sleep at All," Bachman-Turner Overdrive's "Takin' Care of Business," and "Guantanamera" by Pete Seeger are appropriately eclectic choices for a film that deals with four characters coming to terms with the end of the world. ~ Heather Phares, All Music Guide
