Refreshingly, the Shania Twain Live DVD is not a live album translated into a half-baked concert video, but was conceived as a video concert instead. Twenty-four of Twain's pop-country hits -- including "Man! I Feel Like a Woman," "You're Still the One," "That Don't Impress Me Much," "Come on Over," "Honey I'm Home," and "Black Eyes, Blue Tears" -- comprise the set of her somewhat theatrical performance. Nevertheless, the show is entertaining in and of itself; while the DVD should have taken advantage of some of the format's special features (multiple angles, interviews, etc.) it will be more than enough to please Twain's legions of fans. ~ Heather Phares, All Music Guide
