Major Harris' soulful, smokey voice exudes emotion on "I Got Over Love," "Jealousy," and a remake of Blue Magic's "Talking to Myself." Four of the eight songs are courtesy of Joe Jefferson and Charles "Charlie Boy" Simmons; there's two by Bobby Eli and Vinnie Barrett (neé Gwendolyn Woolfolk), an Eli/Collins song, and "Ruby Lee," by Ron Baker and Norman Harris.
