    All Music Guide Review

MCA's The Best of Freddie Hart doesn't really contain that many big hits. Instead, it has a selection of Hart's relatively unknown material for Kapp Records that was recorded in the late '60s. The minor hit "Hank Williams' Guitar" is featured, as are fine songs like "The Whole World's Holding Hands," "Battle of the Sexes," "The Fool's Part" and "The Weaker Sex," but on the whole, this set is only necessary for the curious. ~ Stephen Thomas Erlewine, Rovi
