What might have been yet another disastrous big-screen sitcom revival (like the awful Beverly Hillbillies movie) works wonderfully in this clever comedy. The reason it works is the ingenious notion of taking the sickeningly wholesome Brady clan and plopping them -- unchanged -- into the 1990s.
