Raggedy Ann and Andy: A Musical Adventure is a mildly diverting, but overlong and meandering, animated offering that very young children may enjoy, but that most adults will find rather rough going. Most of the problems originate with the screenplay, the questing plot of which comes across as just a series of unrelated episodes, many of which could be (and should have been) removed without doing any damage.
