Ten Thousand Bedrooms is a forgettable, standard-issue 1950s musical that is remembered today only because it was Dean Martin's first solo foray. Forget about the plot -- it's dismissible and of absolutely no consequence. The dialogue is only marginally better, and character delineation is kept to an absolute minimum, even in the case of Martin, whose roles were usually just variations on a well-established theme.
