Without seeing it, it would be easy to make the assumption that Twenty Bucks is a clever concept that goes nowhere. After all, its theatrical run was virtually nonexistent, director Keva Rosenfeld seemed to disappear into thin air, and after several years, even with its quirky cast, it hasn't even landed itself a cult-following.
