As long as Kieron J. Walsh's mostly charming Irish comedy focuses on its principles, the movie leaves a good buzz of romantic quirkiness. But like any good buzz, it begins to wear off after a while, and that is exactly what happens to this frothy effort buoyed by the unmistakably irresistible Peter McDonald and Flora Montgomery.
