Throughout his career, Jared Leto has been celebrated for his pretty face more than his acting talents, so it's refreshing to see the actor sacrifice his looks for the sake of art in Chapter 27. In order to play Mark David Chapman, the mentally unstable man who shot John Lennon, Leto bulked up, packing over 60 pounds onto his normally lithe frame, contracting a case of gout to closely resemble chunky Chapman.
