Pierre (Jacques Nolot, the director and star of the existential arthouse film Before I Forget), is a troubled French man. When we meet him, he is obscured by the last of night's darkness, at 4:30 AM. He's tossing and turning, dry heaving, and fixing coffee while naked. He's bored, listless, and lonely.
