Larry Daley (Ben Stiller) has come a long way since first gracing the screen in Night at the Museum. Stiller has taken the character, once a hapless hero, and instilled him with a sense of self-awareness that shines through barely-veiled sarcasm. With its savvy mix of kid-friendly special effects and parent-friendly comedy, Night at the Museum became a box office smash.
