Exclusive Cover Art and EP Reveal: Adam Zwig's "Stones, Bones, and Skin"

On his forthcoming EP, the captivating Stones, Bones, and Skin, out via Conscious Records on August 18, singer-songwriter Adam Zwig mixes Americana, pop, rock, folk and world music.

We have partnered with Zwig to reveal the EP cover art and details. How's that for a little Hump Day treat?

Zwig recorded with his band, which includes drummer Brian MacLeod (Madonna, Tears for Fears, Tuesday Music Club with Sheryl Crow) and bassist Davey Faragher (Elvis Costello, Elton John, Cracker).

"I'm really excited to share my new EP, Stones, Bones, and Skin," Zwig told us. "The songs came from recurring dreams I had about shamans, who are reflected on the EP cover art. They used to beat on drum skins, bones and stones, and go into trances and heal people. While writing these songs I felt like I was somehow also tapping into a great ancient healing vibe. It was a blast to work on!"
