About Justin Anthony? He was born in Florida, adopted by loving parents and raised in Kingston, Jamaica. He now lives in Miami. "Staying strong and following my dreams has allowed me to let my voice be heard by the world," he said. His influences range from Bob Marley to Buju Banton to Michael Jackson to Eric Clapton to Tupac Shakur.
About his cover, he told us, "We were in the studio working on my album. I was just messing around and started rapping to 'Holy Grail' about Snoop Dogg being on my single 'Good Luv' in my own words and BlackOut was like 'Yo, we've got to record that!' Once we heard the recorded track, we went and shot the video two days later. I think this cover is really going to give my fans a taste of the vibe that we have going on in the studio right now: a little singing, a little rapping. It's a nice blend. The new album is going to be something new and refreshing; we are all really excited about it!"
Justin Anthony is currently in the studio with Grammy Winning Producer Winston "BlackOut" Thomas. He is putting the final touches on his debut album slated for a January 2014 release.
