Australia's Phebe Starr, the Sydney-based, electro-pop artist, dropped her debut EP Zero this week.
Starr is influenced by the likes of Kraftwerk, Björk, The Cure, Beck and '90s beats. We told you the '90s are back.
Also, Starr mixes both organic and electro pop. The EP boasts her vocals atop tribal beats, dramatic electronic chimes and sincere passionate refrains. Phebe also shared Icelandic trio Steed Lord's deliciously club-ready remix of "Tonight."
