A$AP Yams, who was one of the founders of New York City's A$AP Mob, has died. He was just 26.

Yams was born Steven Rodriguez in Harlem. He managed producers and sold mixtapes. He co-founded the mob at 17 with A$AP Bari and A$AP Illz. A$AP Rocky and A$AP Ferg soon joined the collective. Yams was considered a hip-hop influencer.
