Hip-hop’s next big star may very well emerge from St. Thomas in The U.S. Virgin Islands. Scarzeo possesses a gruff flow and a whole lot of gusto that might make you think of Rick Ross, but there’s a storytelling element coursing through his rhymes that’s reminiscent of Nas and DMX. It’s not that simple to pinpoint his sound and style though.
