Ultra Music Festival organizers are now claiming that Miami Mayor Tomás Regalado and the city Commissioner Marc Sarnoff have withdrawn their call to ban the festival from returning next year.
Whew, that was close. Rest easy, EDMers! The long-running event was threatened when Miami officials argued that they wanted to shut it down due to danger. A security guard was trampled at this year's event.
Let's hope that security measures are upped and everyone is happy, keeping Ultra in Miami where it belongs.
