According to a Billboard.com report, Guns N' Roses will finally release their ridiculously delayed Chinese Democracy record on Sunday, November 23, through an exclusive deal with Best Buy. The decision to follow the start of the store's sales week rather than a typical Tuesday release means the album won't register on the Billboard 200 chart until the week of December 1. At least two Democracy cuts will appear in other forms before the album's actual release, including "Shackler's Revenge" (see Rock Band 2) and part of "If the World," which will roll over the end credits of the new Leonardo DiCaprio/Russell Crowe film, Body of Lies.
