Collectively, our jaws are still on the floor after witnessing the historic "L.A. Takeover" by Guns N' Roses this month.
Guns N' Roses—Axl Rose, DJ Ashba, Richard Fortus, and Ron "Bumblefoot" Thal [Guitarists], Tommy Stinson [Bass], Frank Ferrer [Drums], and Dizzy Reed and Chris Pitman [Keyboards, Piano]—seriously put on one of the greatest shows that you'll ever see. Axl Rose remains a flawless frontman on par with the likes of Robert Plant and John Lennon, in terms of charisma, message, style, and energy. It's impossible not to be moved by "November Rain" and "Don't Cry", while the teeth-busting, ass-kicking stomp of "You Could Be Mine" and "Chinese Democracy" stands as brutal as ever.
Guns N' Roses has it all live. There's danger. There's excitement. There's showmanship. There's technical prowess. There's energy. There's an unforgettable experience in store every time they hit the stage. Welcome to the show of the decade. Welcome to Guns N' Roses 2012.
Our good friend Kevin Estrada captured the band live at The Wiltern Theatre, and the photos are on display exclusively on ARTISTdirect.com here!
