Long-suffering GunsN' Roses fans will have to suffer a little longer. Just days after anew GNR track called "Better" was tantalizingly leaked on a handful of musicblogs, the band has announced that their forthcoming album, ChineseDemocracy, still has no official release date. A "tentative" releasedate of March 6th was announced in December, but apparently the album isstill not quite finished.
"The good news is that all of the recording for the album has beencompleted," a post on GNR's website read, adding that "the band is currentlymixing" the final tracks. Axl Rose and his fellow musicians—none ofthem part of GNR's original lineup—have reportedly spent over $13million working on Chinese Democracy, roughly $1 million for everyyear since the band's last album, 1993's The Spaghetti Incident.
