Singer-songwriter talks about the songs that influenced her music
It seems like Hayley Kiyoko can do pretty much anything. The actress, singer, songwriter, and music video director has already released three EP's, and is now preparing her debut LP. Back in October, she released the album's first single, 'Feelings, and delivered the self-directed music video as well.Hayley's self-directed music videos have collectively amassed over 125 million views on YouTube, and 'Feelings promises to only add to that number. The track is another piece of honest, straightforward pop that is just as catchy as it is pognant.ARTISTdirect caught up with Hayley Kiyoko to discuss the songs that influenced her music, the tracks she is most proud of penning, and the music she'd want played at her funeral.First single I bought...I have NO idea lol it was probably an album i bought at Tower records.
