Lil Wayne will be appearing on Kanye's new album and he will release an EP in September. In a prelude to Carter 4, Weezy is releasing a new EP, I'm Not A Human Being and it's scheduled to be released on his birthday, September 27, reports Down-South.com.
The release will feature all new Wayne material and fans are also warned not to expect any marketing and promotion behind it. So it's going to be a street release.
